Why choose us?

We’ll work closely with you and our wider, multidisciplinary teams, including leading musculoskeletal, neurology and cardiorespiratory specialists, to focus on progress, helping your child feel more confident and capable for whatever lies ahead.
If your child struggles with movement, balance, muscle strength or developmental milestones, a physiotherapy assessment can help identify support needs and treatment options.
We treat babies, children and teenagers from birth up to 18 years. Therapy is always tailored to your child’s age, needs and stage of development.

The process

What to expect

We understand that it can be overwhelming when a child needs specialist care. That’s why we aim to make every step of the journey clear, supportive, and centred on your child’s needs. From the first appointment to diagnosis and treatment, our team is here to guide and reassure you throughout.

If you have any questions not answered here, feel free to get in touch. We’ll try to help in whatever way we can.

01

Initial consultation

From the moment you arrive, we’re here to support and guide you and your child. Our specialist physiotherapists work together with the wider team to create a calm, reassuring environment, helping your child feel comfortable and prepared for their sessions.

You’ll meet their physiotherapist, who will carry out a detailed assessment and, along with you and your child, create an individualised treatment plan to support your child’s therapy goals.

02

During physiotherapy

During each session, our experienced paediatric physiotherapists will use specially tailored exercises, hands-on techniques, and equipment suited to your child’s age and needs. Whether that’s supporting them as they recover from injury, helping to manage a long-term condition, or working with them to improve movement and coordination, every treatment is carefully designed to promote progress in a safe, engaging and child-friendly way.

03

After physiotherapy

After each session, your child’s physiotherapist will review their progress and discuss any follow-up care or exercises to continue at home. We’ll also provide clear guidance and support to help you feel confident in encouraging their development outside the clinic.

As part of their care, we work closely with other healthcare professionals where needed, ensuring your child’s physiotherapy is part of a joined-up, holistic approach to their overall health and wellbeing.
