Our high clinical standards are a given, but it is the care we give that means 98% of patients recommend HCA UK*.
HCA UK patients can be confident we provide a quality and depth of service that no one else can.
HCA Healthcare UK has the highest proportion of Care Quality Commission ‘Outstanding’ ratings than any other private hospital group in the UK, with a total of 13 ‘Outstanding’ locations and 17 ‘Good’ locations.

Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) is a national initiative designed to improve patient safety and outlines how healthcare providers should respond to patient safety incidents.
We are pleased to share our Patient Safety Incident Response Plan (PSIRP) which sets out how we will learn from patient safety incidents. This will help us to continually improve the quality and safety of the care we provide, as well as the experience which patients, families and carers have when using our services. Our plan is not a permanent one that cannot be changed, and we will remain flexible and always consider the specific circumstances in which patient safety issues/incidents occur and the needs of those affected.
