Our satellite clinics at The Shard and The Beaconsfield Clinic provide the leading fertility expertise that we’re renowned for at the Lister Fertility Clinic, at locations that are convenient for you.
Both of our satellite clinics are led by one of our specialist fertility consultants, who will arrange any necessary fertility tests, and plan and oversee your treatment. Your blood tests and scans will be carried out at the same site by our highly skilled teams. We’ll only need you to attend our main clinic at The Lister Hospital in Chelsea or The Portland Hospital in Westminster for procedures, such as your egg collection and embryo transfer.
A satellite clinic is a facility that’s established as part of a main hospital or clinic but is geographically separate. Our satellite clinics don’t have an in-house laboratory, so patients attend for consultations, scans and blood tests, with blood samples sent to laboratories for testing. Patients then travel to our main clinic for egg collection and embryo transfer.
Our expert embryologists and state-of-the-art embryo storage unit is based in the main clinic, which is why we ask you to come to the main clinic at The Lister Hospital or The Portland Hospital for the most important part of your IVF treatment.

We realise that undergoing any fertility testing and treatment is a personal and difficult process, and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible. That’s why we let our patients choose which consultant they see. You can use our online Consultant Finder to view our fertility specialists and find an HCA UK location that suits you.
Our services are regulated by the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA), which is responsible for fertility treatment and research across the UK. As well as licensing clinics and monitoring their practices, HFEA sets standards to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
