With a patient-first approach, he offers personalised treatment plans – whether you're a young, active individual recovering from a sports injury or someone managing the challenges of advanced arthritis.

Mr Sinha is known for his clear communication, compassionate care, and consistently excellent outcomes. He believes that every patient is unique and deserves a tailored treatment approach that focuses on both recovery and long-term wellbeing.

He specialises in:

  • Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery (including robotic and computer-assisted techniques)
  • Keyhole (Arthroscopic) Knee Surgery (including repairing or removing torn meniscus)
  • ACL Reconstruction
  • Patellar (Kneecap) Surgery
  • Joint Preservation Techniques

Born in the UK and internationally trained, Mr Sinha graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical School with honours in Anatomy and holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Trauma and Orthopaedics. He was awarded a distinction in his thesis looking into knees. He has trained under leading surgeons in world-renowned hospitals across London, Johannesburg, and Sydney. His advanced fellowships include Complex Trauma at King’s College Hospital and Sports Knee Injury & Joint Replacement Surgery with Professor S. MacDessi in Sydney, Australia.

He is passionate about enhanced recovery after surgery and works closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient’s journey is safe, smooth, and supported.

He is also active in clinical research, with over 16 published scientific papers, book chapters in orthopaedics, and regular presentations at national and international conferences. He is currently involved in a national study on kneecap (patellar) instability and is a co-Principal Investigator. He is deeply involved in training the next generation of surgeons and regularly examines for FRCS exams.

Outside of work, Mr Sinha enjoys spending time with his two sons, playing racquet sports, exploring the outdoors, and experiencing different cultures.

Mr. Pranab Sinha is recognised for his clear diagnoses, personalised treatment plans, and genuine care. Patients often praise his kind, approachable manner and the life-changing results they've experienced after hip or knee surgery under his care.

He always explores non-surgical options first and only recommends surgery when truly necessary. If surgery is needed, he ensures you're fully informed and involved in every decision.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing joint pain, or considering surgery, Mr. Sinha is committed to expert guidance and high-quality care every step of the way.
