Mr Aaron Saini is a Consultant Orthopaedic Trauma and Limb Reconstruction Surgeon at King's College Hospital, in London. He completed his training on the South East London rotation followed by fellowships in complex trauma and limb reconstruction at King's College Hospital, The Royal London Hospital, and an international fellowship at Tygerberg Hospital, Cape Town, South Africa. He has been awarded multiple international travelling fellowships including to Shock Trauma, Baltimore, USA, AIMS New Delhi, India and Sydney, Australia. Aaron has performed humanitarian work in Gaza, Palestine and KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.
Aaron's specialist clinical interests are in polytrauma and complex fractures, deformity correction, orthoplastic reconstruction, limb lengthening, bone infection including osteomyelitis and fracture related infection, non-union surgery, amputation and revision amputation. He is proficient in the use of both internal methods and external circular frame fixators, utilising the methods of Ilizarov.
