Mansi Tiwari

Miss Mansi Tiwari is a Consultant Gynaecologist with over 15 years’ experience in the management of benign and malignant gynaecological conditions. Her areas of specialist interest include gynaecological oncology, colposcopy, pelvic imaging, and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, with particular focus on the prevention, screening, and early detection of cervical, uterine, and ovarian cancers.

She trained in Mumbai and completed advanced specialist training in London, at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust where she gained extensive experience in gynaecological oncology and colposcopy.

Her clinical practice covers the full range of general gynaecology, including abnormal cervical cytology, fibroids, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, menstrual disorders, early pregnancy complications, and menopausal health.

Miss Tiwari is Clinical Director for Women’s Health at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS trust, and serves as Colposcopy Lead and Deputy Lead for Gynaecological Oncology, with responsibility for cancer screening, colposcopy, and specialist gynaecological services.

Miss Tiwari performs colposcopy, hysteroscopy, and both laparoscopic and open gynaecological procedures, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques, patient safety, precision, and evidence-based individualised treatment. 

She works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and optimal clinical outcomes.
