Aleksandar Radunovic is a Consultant Neurologist at The London Bridge Hospital with extensive experience in general neurology, including the assessment and management of headaches, blackouts, dizziness, seizures, and movement disorders. He has a particular specialist interest in neuromuscular conditions, including peripheral nerve and muscle diseases, myasthenia gravis, motor neurone disease (MND/ALS), and small fibre neuropathy, for which he offers targeted diagnostic assessment and treatment.
Dr Radunovic completed his neurology training at King’s College Hospital, the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Hurstwood Park Neurological Centre, and St Thomas’ Hospital. He was awarded a PhD from King’s College London, where he undertook research focused on motor neurone disease, and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in 2012.
He leads neuromuscular services for North East London and Essex and is Co-Director of the Regional Motor Neurone Disease Centre at the Royal London Hospital. His clinical practice includes advanced diagnostic procedures such as muscle biopsy and skin biopsy for small fibre neuropathy, alongside the management of conditions including peripheral neuropathy, Guillain-Barré syndrome, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, concussion, dysarthria, and spinal cord tumours.
