CaRi-heart technology
Revolutionary new technology to assess the risk of a serious heart condition or heart attack – many years before anything happens.
We’re one of only a few private facilities in the UK specialising in care for patients whose awareness has been affected by severe brain damage. Using the latest research and state-of-the-art imaging, we’re able to provide complex rehabilitation and expert care for those affected.
Working closely with our award-winning Intensive Care Unit, we provide outstanding care to your loved ones when they need it most. The rehabilitation journey begins with specialist assessments in the Intensive Care Unit, overseen by consultants with expertise in PDOC. Rehabilitation continues on our highly specialised Prolonged Disorder of Consciousness Unit. Guided by the latest research and pioneering treatment techniques, we focus on optimising the environment and offering therapeutic input to give our patients the best chance of recovery.
Our investment in our services means you’ll have access to advanced imaging technologies and robotic technology, including ERIGO® Pro, which we use to regulate blood pressure, enhance muscular activity, and help reduce the risk of complications from lack of mobility.
We’re also closely involved in groundbreaking clinical research trials such as RAINDROP. This has led to extraordinary breakthroughs in our understanding of what people with PDOC experience, and how we can best help them.
In collaboration with the University of Birmingham we’re also breaking new ground for patients with Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness (PDOC) with the RAINDROP trial.
Our innovative research uses advanced neuroimaging and brain stimulation to explore hidden awareness in people who previously seemed non-responsive.
Our neurological rehabilitation patients benefit from a wide range of services, including:
As well as advanced, state-of-of-the-art PDOC treatments, including:
