Professor Janice Rymer is Professor of Gynaecology and Dean of Undergraduate Medicine at King's College London School of Medicine. Her areas of special interest are Minimal Access Surgery (endometriosis), Ovarian Failure, and Medical Education. Prof. Rymer has published over 130 peer-reviewed papers, 13 first-author textbooks, and 5 other textbooks. Extramural positions include Member of the RCOG Council (1997-2005; 2009 to date) and Member of the British Menopause Society Council (1986-1992; 2009 to date). Her special interests include general gynaecology, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery, menopause, and endometriosis.
