Andrea Furst

Dr. Andrea Furst is a British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologist and a Health Care & Professionals Council registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist. Based in London, she is the Sport Psychologist for the Great Britain Women's Hockey squad, Surrey County Cricket Club, and the men's squad at England Rugby. She is the founder of Mental Notes, leading a team of sport psychologists in the UK, Singapore, and Australia. Dr. Furst works with elite professional, semi-professional, and amateur athletes, including world champions and Olympic Gold medallists. She follows a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework, incorporating mindfulness and positive psychology. Her goal is to help athletes perform their best, particularly under pressure. She also assists high achievers with issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and substance abuse to optimize their health and well-being.
