Satyesh Parmar

Mr. Satyesh Parmar serves as a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon specializing in Head & Neck Surgery at The Harborne Hospital. His educational journey began at the University of Leeds, School of Dentistry, where he obtained his dental degree in 1986, earning recognition with prizes in Oral Surgery, Children's Dentistry, and Prosthetics. Following this, he achieved the Fellowship in Dentistry of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1990. Transitioning to medicine, he pursued his medical studies at the University of Nottingham, graduating in Medicine in 1995. His academic excellence was acknowledged with prestigious awards, including the Gold Medal for the best Medical student of the year and the Marsden Prize for outstanding contribution to the university.

Mr. Parmar attained the status of a Fellow of The Royal College of Surgeons in 1998, followed by becoming a Fellow in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2002. In 2003, he commenced his role as an Oral and Maxillofacial/Head and Neck/Reconstructive Surgeon.

Beyond his clinical commitments, Mr. Parmar is deeply involved in educating both dental and medical students, as well as general medical and dental practitioners. He actively contributes to the training of aspiring Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, organizing and leading various courses aimed at enriching their skills and knowledge in the field.
