Praveen Peddu

Dr Praveen Peddu is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist with specialist expertise in hepatobiliary and pancreatic imaging and minimally invasive treatments. He currently serves as Clinical Lead for HPB imaging at King’s College Hospital in London.

Originally trained in surgery, Dr Peddu later transitioned into radiology after gaining his MRCS. He completed his radiology training and advanced subspecialty fellowship at King’s College Hospital, where he was appointed Consultant Radiologist in 2008. He played a key role in introducing and developing Nanoknife therapy for liver and pancreatic tumours at King’s College Hospital and London Bridge Hospital, helping to expand treatment options for patients with complex cancers.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Peddu is actively involved in education and research. He regularly delivers lectures at national and international conferences and has contributed extensively to medical literature through peer-reviewed publications and book chapters within his specialist field.
