We specialise in caring for acute and complex conditions across cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, cancer care, neurosciences, orthopaedics and neurosurgery.

In our 50-bed Acute Neurological Rehabilitation Unit we care for patients with a wide range of complex neurological conditions. And we're supported by the UK’s largest private intensive care unit. We also offer the latest cancer and robotic surgery treatments, including electrochemotherapy, HIPEC and the da Vinci Robot. Having the largest neurosciences unit in London means we're able to carry out advanced spinal surgery, intracranial and peripheral nerve surgery as well as pioneering neurosurgery.

Expertise

We have specialist units across cardiac, cancer, neurosciences and orthopaedics. This includes dedicated units for breast, liver, colorectal, dialysis and neuroendocrine tumours, as well as The London Gamma Knife Centre. Our orthopaedic units include foot and ankle, hip, knee, shoulder and spinal units. We also offer same-day GP appointments, diagnostic tests and treatments.

LOC at The Wellington Hospital

Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) is a specialist treatment centre at the forefront of cancer care. Our treatment centre at The Wellington Hospital offers a day-case chemotherapy service and oncology outpatient department.

With modern cancer imaging technology, 10 treatment areas and a dedicated oncology pharmacy, the facility is fully equipped for patients needing ongoing cancer treatment. We have both treatment 'pods' and private treatment rooms available, depending on your individual needs. All have comfortable reclining chairs, a personal TV screen, free wi-fi and a catering service.

The da Vinci Surgical System is a precise computer-enhanced surgical robot designed to mimic your operating surgeon’s hand and wrist movements.

Extremity MRI scanner

PET-CT Scanner
