The HCA Hope Fund UK is our registered charity dedicated to helping our employees and their dependants who are experiencing financial hardship.
When life takes an unexpected turn - whether due to illness, bereavement, family crisis or other urgent circumstances - the Hope Fund exists to provide confidential financial support.
How the Hope Fund helps
Every application is treated with care, dignity and strict confidentiality. Grants are assessed individually by the charity’s trustees and are awarded based on financial need and supporting evidence.
The aim is simple: to provide practical support at the moment it is needed most.
Since its launch in 2024, the Hope Fund has given financial aid to 79 colleagues, ranging from £250 to £5,000 in grants.

Why your donation matters
HCA Hope Fund UK is funded through voluntary donations and the generous support of HCA Healthcare.
Many of our colleagues choose to donate to our charity each month from their pay. In addition, we are grateful for colleague-led fundraising initiatives and charity events.
Every contribution makes a direct difference to colleagues and families within our HCA UK community who are facing unexpected financial hardship.

How to donate
There are two simple ways to donate to the HCA Hope Fund UK:
