Ponseti treatment for club foot (congenital talipes equinovarus)

Ponseti treatment for club foot is carried out on babies when they’re around two weeks’ old. It’s a two-phase treatment. In phase one, the foot is straightened by stretching the foot and plaster casts. For phase two, the child wears special boots and bars until they’re five years old.
