Choose to see one of our doctors face-to-face, or via video consultation on your mobile, tablet or computer. It’s that simple.


As well as having unlimited access to our GPs, you’ll also benefit from an annual health screen worth up to £250, a free annual flu jab, and free travel health advice is available as well*.


You’ll have full access to your own online medical record, available via our mobile app or secure online portal.


You can also walk straight in to any of our HCA UK Urgent Care Centres, without having to pay for your consultation with a GP (usual consultation fee £100).

Booking your appointment

Use our app or website to book:

  • a face-to-face GP consultation at one of our UK clinics
  • a video GP consultation
  • a telephone consultation

You can request the same doctor each time, choose the first available appointment or select your preferred location. Face-to-face consultations are available in London, Birmingham, Greater Manchester, Kent, Hertfordshire and Glasgow.

Your HCA UK reAssure I health screen will be available to you once a year, and will provide a detailed review of your health. This will help you make positive decisions and more informed lifestyle choices. With support and guidance from your screening doctor, you’ll be better placed to understand your own personal health risks.

Your reAssure I health screen will include up to 33 tests with a full physical examination. We also offer additional levels of annual health screening, and if you wish to upgrade to these, you can do so at a supplementary cost.
