Benefits for Bupa members

As part of our relationship with Bupa, we’re offering half price appointments for urgent care at three of our private Urgent Care Centres: The Lister Hospital, The Wellington Hospital and The Princess Grace Hospital. Simply give your Bupa health scheme number when you arrive at the centre to access the discount.*

HCA UK Urgent Care Centres provide rapid access to treatment for minor injuries and illnesses such as broken bones, minor head injuries, minor burns and infections 365 days a year. The centres operate on a walk-in basis, with no appointment necessary and specially trained doctors available to support a quick diagnosis and treatment. If specialist treatment is needed, they will be able to refer you to a supporting HCA UK hospital for the care that you need.

The Urgent Care Centres included in this offer are not suitable for children under 18 years of age, limb- or life-threatening conditions or pregnancy-related conditions. For any life threatening conditions you should always call 999 or go the nearest NHS emergency department.

HCA Healthcare UK operate self-pay urgent care services. You will be required to pay an initial fee for your appointment which will be discounted by 50% when you provide your Bupa health scheme number to the reception team (see below for terms and conditions). Any further tests or treatment you receive will be subject to additional fees that will not be discounted and are not covered by your Bupa health scheme. You will be fully informed of these costs before any tests or treatment go ahead.

If you receive an onward referral for follow-up care, you may be able to use your private medical cover subject to your benefit terms/exclusions.
