We’re open every day and there’s no need for an appointment, our highly experienced doctors are here to help you, in a calm, professional and fully equipped environment.
94% of patients to HCA UK’s Urgent Care Centres are triaged within 15 minutes* and we’re happy to see any adult over 18 on a walk-in basis. Those under 18 can be seen at The Portland Hospital.
All doctor consultations come at a fixed fee of £130 and you can see a nurse for just £68, giving you financial clarity and peace of mind.

The Urgent Care Centre (UCC) at The Princess Grace Hospital is conveniently located in central London at 42-52 Nottingham Place, London, W1U 5NY. You can reach us by taking the tube to Baker Street station, which is just a five-minute walk away. You can also get to us by car and the hospital has a dedicated drop-off point.
