Urgent care pricing needs to be clear and easy to understand. You’ll be asked to pay for your initial consultation at the time of your visit, and we can give you a receipt to help you claim the cost back through your private medical or travel insurance.

Yes, our team can treat minor wounds, cuts, abrasions and superficial burns. If you need, we can provide stitches and ensure proper wound care to support healing while reducing the risk of infection.
No, you don’t need to be registered with a GP to use our urgent care service. Adults over 18 are welcome to attend without referral. If you choose to provide your GP’s details, we can send them a summary of your visit for continuity of care.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support. Please note that during busy periods, we may need to limit the number of visitors to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all our patients.
Most patients (96.2%) are treated on their first visit. If you need ongoing care, we have a network of on-call consultants across multiple specialties. If you do need additional tests or treatment, we’ll explain all costs to you in advance so you can speak to your insurance provider to get pre-authorisation. Self-pay options are also available.
We have pharmacy departments at all our main hospitals and outpatient clinics. Prescriptions can be filled out onsite or at your local pharmacy if that’s easier.
