Dr Vanessa Eisman qualified as a medical doctor from the University of Cape Town, South Africa in 1996 and entered General Practice in 2004. She moved from South Africa to London in 1998. She worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Genito-urinary Medicine, Neonatology, Psychiatry and Accident and Emergency medicine before becoming a general practitioner. She has many years of experience as a general practitioner having worked in a busy central London NHS practice before moving into the private sector.
Her special interests include health screening, women's health, paediatrics, acute medicine and psychiatry.
Dr Eisman is the General Practice lead for the Medical Advisory Committee at The Wellington Hospital, she has her membership to the Royal College of General Practitioners and has a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Diploma in Family Planning.
