Mr. Stefanos Almpanis is a Consultant Urological Surgeon. He is an experienced endo-urologist and general urologist with expertise in the medical and surgical treatment, testing, and prevention of kidney, ureteric, and bladder stones. He performs endoscopic complex stone surgery and assesses and treats endoscopically haematuria, bladder tumors, benign prostatic and urethral problems, bladder infections, chronic prostatitis, pelvic/bladder/prostate/testicular pain, lumps of the scrotum and testes, and phimosis in adults. He graduated in medicine in 1994, completed his urological training at a tertiary center of excellence, and earned honors in the National Board exams for Urological Specialty Accreditation and European Urological Association exams. He has contributed to over 30 peer-reviewed papers and presented posters at more than 100 international conferences. He serves as a tutor in international training courses in stone surgery and has active training and educational activities for trainee doctors.
