Dr. Phillpotts graduated from St George’s University of London in 2010 and completed his Gastroenterology training across various prestigious hospitals in North London. This training has provided him with extensive experience in general gastroenterology, hepatology, Upper GI gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease, nutrition, and pancreatobiliary medicine. He has also completed fellowships at University College London Hospital and Royal London Hospital.
He specializes in a wide range of endoscopic procedures, including gastroscopy and colonoscopy, along with advanced techniques such as ERCP, cholangioscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound.
Dr. Phillpotts has authored numerous publications in the field of gastroenterology, particularly focusing on the endoscopic management of bile duct and pancreatic disorders. A passionate advocate for education, he holds a PG Cert in Medical Education from Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) and is actively involved in both undergraduate and postgraduate education, particularly in endoscopy training courses.
