About
Sarah has over 15 years’ experience as a psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor, working in the private, voluntary, and public sector. She provides support to individuals and couples facing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, trauma related issues, loss and bereavement, low confidence, and health related difficulties. She will support creating a space to look together to explore struggles in a comprehensive and deep way, to understand oneself and earlier experiences might be impacting in the present with work, home life or relationships.
She has considerable experience of psychotherapy and counselling, Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), couple therapy, EMDR and Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT) as well as many years working with the impact of physical health issues. Sarah works alongside her clients with a wide-range of emotional difficulties, and specialises in relationship problems - work, personal or family as well as working with trauma and health-related issues.
