Miss Coyle graduated with honours in Medicine from the University of Nottingham in 2008 and received the prestigious Medical Women’s Federation Prize for Child Health. Before beginning her specialist training in ENT, she undertook a clinical fellowship within a tertiary Level 3 neonatal unit. After completing her paediatric ENT fellowship, she spent over two years working as a Locum Consultant in Paediatric ENT at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. During this period, she was recognised for her exceptional commitment to teaching, receiving the Best Teaching on the Job – Surgical Division Award in 2022, as well as a Making a Difference Award. In 2024, she was appointed as a substantive Consultant ENT Surgeon at UCLH, with a specialist focus on paediatric ENT.
Miss Coyle provides specialist ENT care to both children and adults through regular clinics and works closely with the infant feeding team in leading the neonatal tongue-tie service. She treats a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions and is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care to patients of all ages.
She is an active member of ENT UK, the European Paediatric Society of Otolaryngology (EPSO), and the British Association for Paediatric Otolaryngology (BAPO). In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Miss Coyle is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion within surgery. She served as President of Women in ENT Surgery UK (WENTS) from 2018 to 2021, supporting and promoting the progression, representation, and advancement of women within the specialty.
