Dr. Paraskevi Theocharis is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist who specializes in the diagnosis of pediatric heart conditions. She is particularly skilled in advanced cardiac imaging techniques, including deformational imaging, structural echocardiography, and Transoesophageal echocardiogram. Her focus is on providing essential imaging information and guidance to interventionists and congenital cardiac surgeons to ensure optimal results.

Dr. Theocharis obtained her Ph.D. in Greece and completed her extensive Pediatric Cardiology training in the UK. She is based at The Portland Hospital and Evelina London Children's Hospital (ELCH), which is one of the leading centers for Pediatric Cardiology in Europe.

Dr. Theocharis offers extended outpatient consultations for a wide range of heart problems in children, including heart murmurs, chest pain, palpitations, valve disease, pulmonary hypertension, and endothelial disease. She is a member of the Multidisciplinary Kawasaki team and the Multi Inflammatory syndrome team at ELCH, which is leading in the cardiology section.

Dr. Theocharis is also a dedicated researcher and has published numerous articles and book chapters on various aspects of Pediatric Cardiology, echocardiography, early stages of atherosclerosis from childhood, pulmonary hypertension, and neonatology.
