Ms Naomi Tan is a consultant ophthalmic surgeon working at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and is the deputy clinical lead for ophthalmology. Ms Tan specialises in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus (squints: including surgery). She is a dedicated and experienced paediatric ophthalmologist and a specialist in children ´s strabismus (squints).

Ms Tan works closely with the orthoptists in the assessment of children´s vision and eye motility, cycloplegic refraction and their need for glasses, treatment of amblyopia (lazy eye), and all children´s eye problems.

Ms Tan trained at Moorfields Eye Hospital, where she completed her fellowship in paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. She has worked as a consultant ophthalmologist at Moorfields Eye Hospital in the emergency department, treating urgent and emergency eye problems. She surgically manages patients, adults and children with eye trauma at the Royal Free Hospital, London.
