Mrs Pisal has worked as a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician for over 15 years. She currently works in the NHS as Senior Consultant at Chase Farm Hospital, London. Privately, Mrs Pisal sees patients at The Portland Hospital for Women and at London Gynaecology's brand new clinic at 15 Austin Friars, City of London.

Her areas of expertise include recurrent miscarriage, early pregnancy management, management of heavy periods, fibroids, pelvic pain and endometriosis and advanced hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery including robotic surgery. Mrs Pisal also undertakes her own ultrasound scans and has expertise in gynaecological and pregnancy scanning.
