Mr. Tomas Rosenbaum is a consultant urologist specializing in both general and paediatric urology. His areas of expertise include prostate disease, blood in the urine, urine infections, kidney stones, scrotal pain, swelling, phimosis, circumcision, and baby circumcision. His research interests include voiding dysfunctions, urodynamics, and alpha blockers for BPH. Mr. Rosenbaum developed a technique for 24-hour recordings of ambulatory urodynamics and invented a device to facilitate self-catheterisation in women.Appointed a consultant urological surgeon in 1997, he has established a high-quality local urological service with clinics in general urology, uro-oncology, prostate disease, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and the fast-track haematuria service. He underwent basic medical training in Buenos Aires, Argentina, followed by a second medical degree and surgical training in the UK. Mr. Rosenbaum serves on the editorial board of several specialty journals and lectures regularly. His clinical expertise includes general urology, robotic surgery, circumcision, vasectomy, blood in urine, prostate cancer, erectile dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and testicular pain.
