Mr Syed Ali Shahzad is a highly experienced Consultant Urologist offering expert, patient centred care in both general and specialist urology. His practice focuses on minimally invasive and robotic procedures, with particular expertise in kidney, prostate, and bladder conditions. Having trained in Oxford and the West Midlands, Mr Shahzad holds advanced qualifications from leading surgical bodies in the UK and Europe. 

He provides modern treatment options tailored to each patient’s needs — including laser therapy for kidney stones, Rezum therapy for prostate enlargement, and Botox for overactive bladder symptoms. 

Alongside his clinical practice, he is involved in education and service development within the NHS. He has led initiatives to improve cancer care pathways and pioneered remote training for robotic surgery at his NHS Trust — helping shape the future of surgical education.
