About

Mr. Shabi Ahmad is a Consultant Urologist with a focus on minimally invasive surgery for renal and ureteric stones. He also specializes in laser surgery for prostate and bladder cancer.

Mr. Ahmad completed his undergraduate studies at Dow Medical College in Pakistan and underwent urology surgical training in Newcastle. He became a member of the Royal College of Urology Surgeons in 2008 and was awarded fellowship status in 2015.

With extensive experience, Mr. Ahmad has trained in leading urology centres across the UK, South East Asia, and the United States. He is also actively involved in national and international charitable initiatives, contributing to the development of healthcare facilities in underprivileged countries.

Mr. Ahmad is passionate about medical education and serves as a clinical tutor and supervisor for foundation and specialty trainees. He is also an Honorary Visiting Lecturer at Dow University of Health Sciences.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Ahmad enjoys spending time with his children, playing cricket, reading about world history, and cooking.
