This training broadened his surgical repertoire and equipped him with advanced techniques for foot and ankle conditions.

Following his training in Australia, Mr. Kunasingam completed a fellowship in trauma surgery at King's College London Major Trauma Centre. This fellowship allowed him to gain expertise in managing complex trauma cases, further expanding his surgical knowledge and skills.

As a testament to his capabilities, Mr. Kunasingam was appointed as a Consultant and established a dedicated foot and ankle unit at Croydon University Hospital.
