Mr Hasan Mukhtar is a Consultant General & Colorectal Surgeon who has accrued over twenty years of experience in this field. He obtained his primary medical qualification from the Punjab Medical College in Pakistan in 1989, after which he underwent training in general surgery and colorectal surgery in the United Kingdom, specifically at the Northampton General Hospital and the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, under the Oxford Deanery. In 2001, following the completion of his training, Mr Mukhtar was appointed Consultant at the Whittington Hospital. In addition to his medical training, he has authored several peer-reviewed papers on colorectal disease that have been published in medical journals. His contributions have been presented at various international and national meetings and journals regarding general and colorectal disease.
