Deemesh Oudit

Mr Deemesh Oudit is a Consultant in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, recognised for delivering patient-centred care. His expertise spans aesthetic and reconstructive surgery, melanoma and skin cancer surgery, lymphoedema, oncoplastic breast surgery, and the development of novel surgical techniques.

Mr Oudit graduated in Medicine from the University of Manchester in 1996 and went on to complete an extensive surgical training programme across multiple centres of excellence. He later specialised in plastic surgery and was appointed Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) in 2010, building a strong national reputation for clinical excellence. He has played a leading role in service development, most notably spearheading the creation of a lymphoedema surgery service, one of only a small number available in the UK.

Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Oudit has published widely in peer-reviewed journals, co-authored a plastic surgery textbook, and presented his work at national and international conferences. He remains deeply involved in medical education, including the development of a dedicated teaching app to support trainee plastic surgeons. As well as this Mr Oudit is a member of BAPRAS and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester.
