Mr. Bentley is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon specializing in cataract and squint treatment for both adults and children. He qualified from King's College School of Medicine and Dentistry (1988) and Aston University (1980). He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Imperial College School of Medicine and a Visiting Professor at Middlesex University. He is currently the Vice President of The Royal Society of Medicine section of Ophthalmology. Mr. Bentley has published extensively on various aspects of ophthalmology, squint, and cataract treatment. He is an examiner to multiple institutions, including The City University, Imperial College London, Middlesex University, and the British College of Optometrists. His clinical practice focuses on cataract surgery, eye muscle (squint) surgery, cataracts, squint, and strabismus.
