About
Dr Michael Zemenides is a co-founding GP of A-Z General Practice at The Wellington Hospital Outpatients in St John's Wood. This state-of-the-art centre, part of The Wellington Hospital, offers patients comprehensive access to on-site services, including blood tests, investigations, advanced imaging and immediate referrals to world-class specialists.
Dr Zemenides graduated from the Royal Free & University College Medical School in 2005, having previously earned his BSc in Immunology and Cell Pathology from University College London in 2002. Early in his career, he launched the Future Doctors programme, lecturing to prospective medical students across the UK. Dedicated to delivering personalised, patient-centred care, Dr Zemenides believes in cultivating supportive relationships with his patients.
Dr Zemenides gained foundational experience in general medicine, cardiothoracic, vascular, ear, nose and throat (ENT), plastic surgery, paediatrics, neonatology, gastroenterology, respiratory and cardiology, before transitioning to general practice. He has a special interest in lifestyle, sports, mental health and acute medicine, focusing on practical, proactive strategies to help his patients achieve and maintain optimal health.
Dr Zemenides is member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and, above all, is committed to empowering his patients with the knowledge and support they need to live healthier, fuller lives.
