Dr Michael Wacks is a Consultant Paediatrician with more than two decades of clinical experience in child and adolescent health. Since 2014, he has been based at King’s College Hospital in London, where he leads a Child Health team. In addition to his NHS role, he consults privately at Central Health London.
His clinical practice covers a broad spectrum of paediatric medicine, including feeding difficulties in infancy, gastro oesophageal reflux, developmental assessment, sleep disorders, asthma, concerns relating to growth, and neurological presentations such as migraine and persistent fatigue in adolescents. He manages both routine and more complex paediatric conditions, providing structured assessment and ongoing follow up across different stages of childhood and teenage development.
Dr Wacks is recognised for his measured and attentive consultation style. He prioritises careful clinical evaluation and collaborative decision making with families to develop clear and practical management plans. His approach focuses on supporting children within the wider context of their family life and education, with an emphasis on continuity of care and clear communication throughout treatment.
