Dr Ru-Xin Foong is a Consultant in Paediatric Allergy at the Evelina Children's Hospital, Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She graduated with her MBBS Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery and BSc Hons in Psychology from King's College of London and has completed her MRCPCH Paediatric Training with sub-specialty training in Paediatric Allergy, Immunology and Infectious Diseases.

She has an extensive background in research having been a Clinical Lecturer in Paediatric Allergy prior to her becoming a consultant and she has completed her PhD in Paediatric Allergy which focussed on the natural resolution of food allergies over time.

She has been a part of the London Allergy Consultants for several years and works closely with Professor George du Toit and Alia Boardman to provide excellent allergy care for the children that they see.
