Dr. Linda Farahani is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine with extensive experience in managing subfertility, assisted conception, and reproductive health. She has worked for three years in the IVF unit at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and has expertise in managing recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and premature ovarian insufficiency. Dr Farahani is committed to providing compassionate care to her patients.
She obtained her primary medical degree from the Imperial College School of Medicine in 2004, along with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences and a postgraduate certificate in Healthcare Leadership. Dr. Farahani completed her training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2016, achieving her CCT, and spent 18 months working in the Early Pregnancy and Gynaecology scanning Unit at King's College Hospital, gaining experience in gynaecological ultrasonography and early pregnancy management. She is registered as a specialist with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Dr Farahani is passionate about research and is an active researcher in the field of reproductive medicine. She has published papers in peer-reviewed journals and is interested in research into recurrent pregnancy loss, the microbiome, and assisted conception. Dr Farahani is a member of the British Fertility Society and has presented her work at conferences.
