Jazz is an experienced psychotherapist with a 30-year background working in large scale corporate organisations. Her core training is in Transactional Analysis and her approach is to bring into your awareness patterns of feelings, thoughts and behaviours that support you in identifying relational patterns with yourself and others. She pays attention to cultural narratives and intersectional identity to understand power dynamics and the ways in which it can barrack you.

Jazz’s philosophy is that human beings are born into groups, live in groups and the need to belong is a powerful, fundamental, and pervasive motivation of primitive human cultures. She holds the view that the person is comprehensible only within a relational matrix and draws on relational practise to support her work. Jazz works with Individuals, couples and families.
