Dr Henry Seligman is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist currently practising at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
He graduated in medicine from University College London in 2011, having previously completed a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford. Following medical school, he undertook his foundation and core medical training at several leading NHS institutions, including Southend University Hospital, Homerton University Hospital, and Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust.
Dr Seligman completed his specialist cardiology training across a number of renowned centres, including Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Hammersmith Hospital, Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals, and West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. During this period, he also undertook advanced fellowship training in interventional cardiology, gaining expertise in both coronary and structural heart interventions.
Alongside his clinical training, Dr Seligman pursued academic research at Imperial College London, where he completed a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree following several years of dedicated full-time research.
His clinical practice is focused on interventional cardiology, with particular expertise in the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease and the performance of minimally invasive catheter-based cardiac procedures. He is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care tailored to the needs of each individual patient.
