Heena Mehra

Miss Heena Mehra is a Consultant Gynaecologist with expertise in early pregnancy and acute gynaecology care. She specialises in ambulatory gynaecology services, gynaecological ultrasound scanning including HyCoSy scans, manual vacuum aspiration (MVA), outpatient biopsies, and the management of benign gynaecological conditions including endometriosis, pelvic pain, fibroids, and menstrual disorders.

She has extensive experience in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery, including laparoscopic hysterectomies and advanced endometriosis surgery, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes and enhancing women’s healthcare services.

Alongside her clinical practice, Miss Mehra is actively involved in medical education, training, and mentorship of junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams. She is passionate about teaching and supporting the development of future healthcare professionals through evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and continuous learning. She also contributes to service development and academic activities aimed at advancing standards in gynaecology.
