About
Mr Grigorios Premetis is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist who is based at the London Royal Free Hospital, Barnet Hospital, and Chase Farm Hospital. His clinical interests are in gynaecology ultrasound, early pregnancy, endometriosis, fibroids, menstrual disorders, colposcopy, menopause issues, and sexual health. Mr Premetis performs procedures such as colposcopic treatments (LLETZ), hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy, laparoscopic cystectomy, and laparoscopic sterilisation. He is an experienced and empathetic consultant who prides himself on his ability to actively listen to his patients in order to provide the best possible care for them.
First graduating in 2000 in Athens, Mr Premetis completed his obstetrics and gynaecology specialty training before undertaking a fellowship in early pregnancy and gynaecology ultrasound at University College London Hospitals. He became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2012 and is also a member of the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
