Erin works with clients by exploring the intersection of the past and present, looking at emotions, thoughts and behaviours to identify what might be contributing to any presenting concerns. After identifying unhelpful patterns and their origins, new healthier approaches can be considered for implementation.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Erin worked in investment banking and other front office professional roles. While her interest has shifted to studying personal over market dynamics, this background allows her to provide insights particularly helpful to those dealing with issues around demanding careers, family dynamics, and the balancing of these and other priorities.

In addition to her therapy qualifications, Erin holds a bachelors degree in Economics with honors from the University of Chicago and an MBA from London Business School.
