Ms Erika Gati-Howe

Erika is an accredited integrative psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in various mental health settings, including Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Services, Women's Crisis Centres, and private practice. She has supported clients through a range of challenges, including stress, life and work transitions, early childhood adversity, identity issues, psycho-somatic symptoms, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.

Erika utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches—such as person-cantered therapy, relational therapy, attachment theory, EMDR, and mind-body techniques—tailoring her methods to meet each client's unique needs. She fosters a safe and empowering environment that encourages personal growth while also challenging clients to develop resilience and well-being.

Before transitioning to clinical work, Erika spent 10 years in HR roles, supporting corporate clients in the financial services industry. She also ran her own translation and interpretation consultancy, working with international corporations and local governments abroad.
