Dr Emmanuelle Mathieu d’Argent is a Consultant gynaecologist and subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine with extensive experience in managing reproductive health, subfertility, assisted conception, and fertility preservation (social and medical freezing). She graduated in France (Lille University Hospital), later completing subspecialty training in reproductive medicine in Tenon Hospital and Sorbonne University in Paris. She was consultant in Reproductive Medicine during 10 years in Paris, and led the Reproductive Medicine Unit of Tenon Hospital, from 2019 until 2023, developing the IVF Service in this public Hospital in Paris. She has extensive experience in IVF and provides a highly individualised approach to patients, particularly for patients who have had previous failed fertility treatment, a history of recurrent pregnancy loss, premature ovarian insufficiency, or endometriosis-related infertility.

Dr Mathieu d’Argent is passionate about clinical research and very active in the field of reproductive medicine. She has published numerous papers in leading, peer-reviewed international journals, and conducted several clinical trials in the fields of endometriosis and fertility, egg donation, fertility preservation and male infertility. She has presented her work in both French and international conferences. She is a member of the French College of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians, of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and a member of the Expert Working Group in charge of writing the French Guidelines for the French Health Authority.
