Dr Lizzie Kock is HCA Neurodiversity Lead Psychologist. She started her career working with children and young people. Lizzie has over 10 years experience in adult mental health and has held lead roles within NHS Autism Services. These experiences allowed her to obtain substantial experience in diagnostic process, therapeutic interventions and in providing education and strategic consultancy for those with neurodiversity and the systems they find themselves in. She is aware of the unique mental health needs that are often associated with being neurodivergent and provides bespoke and person centred support.

Alongside her role at HCA, she works as a psychologist and neurodiversity lead at an elite public school. Working in both adult and children services allows her to have a good overview of the experiences an individual may have across their lifespan. She has extensive research experience which has been published in academic journals
