Dr Elizabeth Balsys is HCPC registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist and an accredited Psychotherapist with a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology, master’s degrees in psychology, human resource management, and professional accountancy. She has worked across various sectors, including technology, eCommerce, finance, and investment banking in London and Switzerland, bringing a unique perspective to her practice.

She has provided support in various settings, including the NHS, voluntary sector, charities, and private practice, addressing a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, OCD, body image, health anxiety, and relationship difficulties.

Elizabeth’s approach draws from a range of evidence-based therapies including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, REBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, tailoring her session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.
