Dr. Sunil Pullaperuma is a specialist in Paediatric Neurodisability, working in both the UK and Sri Lanka. He manages children with complex neurological illnesses, including developmental delay, developmental regression, cerebral palsy, autism, learning difficulties, complex epilepsy, and ADHD. Dr. Pullaperuma has over 10 years of experience treating children with cerebral palsy using Botulinum toxin (Botox) under ultrasound guidance for both upper and lower limbs. He has worked at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London and has led the Multidisciplinary Neurodisability Service and the Botox service at Imperial College Healthcare (formerly St. Mary's) in London.Outside his clinical work, Dr. Pullaperuma is an Examiner for the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health and an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Child Health at Imperial College School of Medicine, where he is actively involved in teaching medical students and doctors undergoing paediatric postgraduate training.
