Dr. Simon Woldman is a highly experienced Consultant Cardiologist with special clinical interests in heart failure and infective endocarditis, a condition where bacteria or fungi infect the valves of the heart. He is adept in managing chest pain, breathlessness, heart palpitations, ankle swelling, and collapse episodes. Dr. Woldman completed his medical degree at Glasgow University in 1989, earning prestigious awards such as the Andrew J. Hutton Medal and Prize in Surgery and the Asher Asher Memorial Medal and Prize in Otolaryngology. After most of his training in the West of Scotland, he took up his first Consultant post in 2001 at Ayr. In 2002, he obtained a doctorate (MD) from the University of Glasgow. Dr. Woldman has served as a Consultant Cardiologist at UCL Hospitals and is the chair of the North London Cardiac Operational Delivery Network, which assists hospitals in delivering cardiac care across North London.
