Dr Paul Glynne is a founding partner and Medical Director of The Physician's Clinic. He is Consultant Physician at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH), where he prevously served as Medical Director.
Paul gained his medical degree at University College London, completing his clinical training at UCLH and The Hammersmith Hospital, specialising in General Medicine and Critical Care.
Paul specialises in complex diagnostic work covering all areas of general internal medicine and has vast experience investigating unusual or unexplained symptoms supporting other doctors on and around Harley Street. He is known for taking a step back to consider the whole patient and approaching difficult clinical problems from a fresh perspective, putting the patient at the centre of everything he does.
Paul has developed a special interest in post Covid (Long Covid) and post Covid vaccine syndrones. He leads the only Long Covid clinical research programme in the independent sector, publishing and lecturing about his work in this field.
Paul also leads The Physicians Clinic's team of acute care consultants who are available to GP's and other consultants with acutely ill patients. The Physician's Clinic provides acute medical admission for private patients to The Princess Grace Hospital.
In his spare time, Paul is a keen golfer and rower.
